Synopsis:

Jacqueline is a fiercely driven, plus-sized musical theatre actress who’s spent her life auditioning for roles that never see her worth. Typecast, humiliated, and dismissed time and again by a brutal industry, her confidence begins to fracture — especially under the gaze of a casting director who’s made her the target of repeated cruelty.

 

But Jacqueline isn’t alone. She finds comfort and strength in her outspoken roommate Tess, the one person who truly seems to understand her struggle — and who isn’t afraid to push back when the world tears Jacqueline down.
